- Who is covered in the policy, are all family members covered.
- Are you covered for out patient treatment or not.
- How long do you need to have the policy before you can make a claim.
- What sort of treatment can you have. Does the policy cover alternative or complimentary medicines.
- What does your policy not cover. Most policies don't include: Tests done as an outpatient, dental or potical cover and you usually find medical problems that existed prevoius to the policy being taken out will not be covered.
